Kirtan
and BBQ Potluck
@ The Sanctuary Studio | May 21st (Mon - Victoria Day) | by Donation
| 1:00pm-4:00pm
The flowers
are beginning to blossom, and the sun is joining us a little more
often now!
Please join us for our Spring celebration!!! We will have an afternoon
potluck and BBQ
followed by Kirtan. Bring friends, partners and kids and join in
the fun!
KIRTAN is call-and-response
chanting that comes from the Yogic tradition. Sangha is a
community of people who support each other in spiritual growth.
The experience of voices
and hearts chanting these rhythms and sounds together carries us
effortlessly into a place
of ecstatic awakening, as well as simultaneous inner stillness.
Kirtan led by Harmony
Sunshine, Fabrizio and Kevin.
POTLUCK -- please
bring loving food to share, and also a written ingredients list.
Donations
are gratefully received and given to charities.

Yanumoja
Yoga with Nikki Manzie
Tuesdays
7:00pm - 8:30pm | @ The Sanctuary Studio | Spring
- Summer Class starts from May 1st
Theme: Nature
Unity
Often we envision ourselves a-part from nature, rather than recognising
we are one within Nature. Our spring and summer classes will be
a dedication to the healing and generative forces of Nature (Gaia)
that are continuous within and all around us. Through the sacred
gateways of our body-being we will directly affect healing on the
planet as we contact the inner and outer forces of Nature that unite
us.
